Tobacco Advertising

New cigarette advertising and marketing regulations are being implemented as a result of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act that was signed into law in June of 2009. Unfortunately, it is difficult to keep up with the changes or understand how it applies directly to our businesses.

We’ve found a couple useful links where you can get more information and will keep you posted as we learn of new developments. As the path of future tobacco advertising becomes clearer, ARMAC will lead the way in creating new promotional signs that comply with changing regulations.
